Fiscal Year 27 Top Risks

The annual Joint Risk Assessment process resulted in the development of Rice’s Top Enterprise Risks list and the Tier 2 Risks list, providing a structured view of the most significant risks to the university’s mission and operations. This comprehensive effort involved interviews with over 160 university leaders, including key administrators, the President, Provost, all Deans, and leaders from Rice schools, centers, and institutes, to gain a comprehensive understanding of the most pressing risks and opportunities we face as a university.
